Our vision is to execute in three phases:
Phase 1: Build solutions that save our clients money
Our current focus is to build Loanscape into the best counterparty risk and oversight platform that exists and ultimately saves our clients money in this process.
Phase 2: Build solutions that remove friction from the originator and investors
We know that filling out applications and dealing with compliance isn't fun. Originators dislike this process and Account Executives spend a lot of their time dealing with it even though they don't want to. We are building solutions to remove friction from both the originator and Account Executive so ultimately there is no friction for both parties in this process.
Phase 3: Build solutions that make our clients more money
Once we've executed Phase 1 and 2, we're positioned to work on initiatives that generate our clients new revenue.
