For lender and TPO accounts, we collect operational data required to provide the service, including licensing information, documents, and compliance records.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Loanscape platform; to authenticate users and secure their accounts; to communicate with you about the service, product updates, and support; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share information only where necessary to operate the service: with service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations; with other parties at your explicit direction (such as when a TPO submits an application to a specific lender); and where required by law, regulation, or legal process. We do not share TPO information with lenders without consent at submission.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to maintain appropriate safeguards and respond quickly if we identify a risk.
